These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bba999 ("bba999", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://bba999.bet and all associated mobile interfaces (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

To use the full range of bba999 services, you must register a personal Account. Only one Account is permitted per Player. Creating duplicate, shared, or third-party Accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. All registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
4. You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
5. You have not previously had an Account on the bba999 Platform that was closed for breach of these Terms.
6. You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or gambling-related disorder at the time of registration.

bba999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 72 hours of request may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. bba999 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a unique, strong password that is not reused on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA / OTP) on your Account.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your Account on shared or public devices immediately after each session.
• Contact bba999 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

bba999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security. All activity conducted through your Account credentials — whether by you or any unauthorised third party — is your responsibility unless you have notified bba999 of a security compromise in advance of the relevant activity.

bba999 staff will never ask for your password. Any communication claiming to be from bba999 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

bba999 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, USDT (TRC-20), and BTC. Availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your location and Account status.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (or equivalent in supported cryptocurrency). Deposits made via cryptocurrency are subject to the requisite number of network confirmations before funds are credited.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (or equivalent). Withdrawal requests are processed within 5–15 minutes for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket payments during standard operating hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within one hour, subject to network congestion. All withdrawals are sent exclusively to the payment method registered to your Account. You must ensure that all funds deposited into your bba999 Account originate from sources that legally belong to you. Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, fraud, or money laundering is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all Bonus Funds credited to your Account:

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated per offer) on eligible games before any resulting winnings become withdrawable as real money.

bba999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Eligibility for any promotion may be subject to Account verification status, deposit history, and other criteria as determined by bba999.

The rules governing each individual game — including paylines, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, bet limits, and bonus feature mechanics — are determined by the respective Game Provider and are accessible within each game's help section.

Accounts found to be engaging in such activity will be permanently suspended and all associated funds forfeited.

bba999 offers sports betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sporting events. All sports bets are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market type on the Platform, in addition to these general Terms.

Bet Settlement: bba999 settles sports bets based on the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, FIFA, BFF) at the conclusion of the relevant event or market. In the event of a disputed or revised official result, bba999 reserves the right to re-settle affected bets accordingly, including recovering any incorrectly paid winnings from a Player's Account Balance.

Abandoned and Postponed Events: If an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise does not reach a natural conclusion, bets will be settled in accordance with bba999's event-specific rules. As a general default, bets on events that do not complete within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be voided and stakes returned.

In-Play Betting: bba999 offers live in-play betting on selected events. Odds during in-play betting are dynamic and may be suspended at any time. bba999 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after an outcome is effectively determined (e.g., a goal is scored before an in-play bet is registered) where system latency prevented timely odds suspension.

Maximum Payouts: Sports betting winnings are subject to maximum payout limits per event and per market, as displayed on the Platform at the time of bet placement. bba999 reserves the right to limit stake amounts for individual Players where irregular betting patterns are detected.

bba999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and preventing gambling-related harm. You acknowledge that gambling carries the risk of financial loss and can become addictive. You agree to use the Platform responsibly and within your financial means.

bba999 provides the following Responsible Gaming Tools, available on request via [email protected]:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session expiry notifications and forced logout after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

bba999 strictly enforces its minimum age requirement of 21 years. We use age verification technology during registration and reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts where the registered Player is found to be under 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and all funds will be returned to the originating payment method.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting bba999 support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements prevent withdrawal.

bba999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and withhold or confiscate Account Balances, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Evidence of multi-accounting, bonus abuse, collusion, or use of automated betting systems.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Identification of the Account holder as being under the age of 21.
• A request from any competent law enforcement or regulatory authority.

Where an Account is closed by bba999 for cause, the Player will be notified by email to their registered address. bba999's decision regarding Account closure is final, subject to any right of appeal set out in Section 12 of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bba999 excludes all liability for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of data, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or any other economic loss, whether or not bba999 was advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, network failures, or third-party service disruptions.
• Actions or omissions of third-party Game Providers, payment processors, or other service providers integrated into the Platform.
• Losses arising from a Player's own failure to maintain Account security in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bba999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. bba999's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from any single cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bba999 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content made available through it.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your Account, a Transaction, or the settlement of a bet, you should contact bba999 support in the first instance at [email protected]. bba999 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve all disputes within 10 business days.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with bba999 support, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to bba999's disputes resolution team. The resolution team will review all available evidence, including Account transaction logs, game round records, and communication history, and will issue a written determination within 14 business days.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bba999 operates. By using the Platform, you agree that any dispute that cannot be resolved by the bba999 internal disputes process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in bba999's operating jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the above, bba999 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened breach of these Terms, including but not limited to unauthorised access to the Platform, fraud, or money laundering.

bba999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bba999 uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions and does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

bba999 may share your personal data with third-party KYC verification providers, payment processors, fraud detection services, and relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law. All third-party data processors engaged by bba999 are contractually bound to maintain appropriate data security standards.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and bba999 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.

No Waiver: bba999's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision on any subsequent occasion.

Assignment: You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense any rights or obligations under these Terms without bba999's prior written consent. bba999 may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any successor entity without your consent, provided that such assignment does not materially diminish your rights under these Terms.

Force Majeure: bba999 shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms to the extent such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond bba999's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, or global telecommunications outages.

Language: These Terms are published in English. Communications between you and bba999 regarding your Account, disputes, or these Terms should be conducted in English.
